"FieldWatch", "we", "our", and "us" refer to FieldWatch. "User", "you", and "your" refer to any individual or organisation accessing the Services. "Content" refers to data, imagery, vectors, outputs, reports, and any materials generated through the Services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not:

• Misuse, reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Services
• Attempt to access unauthorised systems or data
• Use the Services for unlawful mapping, surveillance, or harmful activities
• Interfere with system integrity or security

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

FieldWatch reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Data and Content

4.2 Output Data

Vectorised data, analytics outputs, and reports generated by FieldWatch may be used by you for your internal business purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, models, algorithms, plugins, branding, and platform infrastructure remain the intellectual property of FieldWatch.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without written permission.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment or subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees
• Maintain valid billing information
• Comply with pricing and usage limits

FieldWatch may change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Service Availability

FieldWatch aims to maintain reliable availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

8. Accuracy and Disclaimer

FieldWatch provides automated geospatial processing and analytics tools.

You acknowledge that:

• Outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies
• FieldWatch does not guarantee completeness or absolute accuracy
• Human verification may be required for critical applications

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldWatch shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profits, data, or business
• Operational decisions made based on platform outputs

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FieldWatch, its founders, directors, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your uploaded data, imagery, or content
• Any violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Any claims arising from decisions or actions taken based on the platform outputs
