FieldWatch Billing Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
This Billing Policy outlines how FieldWatch charges for services, how credits work, and how monthly subscriptions function.
Credits and pricing
1 credit = NGN 100. Every service is priced in credits. You can top up any time.
Credit packages available for purchase:
- Starter: 100 credits for NGN 10,000
- Professional: 275 credits for NGN 25,000
- Business: 600 credits for NGN 50,000
- Enterprise: 1,250 credits for NGN 100,000
Monthly plans and monthly credits
- Starter: NGN 50,000/month, 500 monthly credits
- Professional: NGN 150,000/month, 1,500 monthly credits
- Enterprise: NGN 500,000/month, 5,000 monthly credits
Added every month. Unused credits roll over and expire 12 months after they are added. Credits spend on any service.
Spending past your balance
- Starter: up to 10,000 credits past your balance
- Professional: up to 20,000 credits past your balance
- Enterprise: up to 20,000 credits past your balance
Requires an active monthly plan. Credits added to your account — a top-up or your monthly credits — settle what you owe first, before anything is left to spend. Only what is left unpaid is charged to your saved card at the normal price of NGN 100 per credit on your next monthly bill and every bill after until cleared. You can pay it any time from your billing page. If a charge fails, you keep spending credits you own but cannot spend past your balance until it is paid.
When credits expire
Every allocation expires 12 months after it is added. Oldest credits are spent first. Balances held before September 7, 2026 expire 12 months after that date.
No refunds, cash-out or transfers
Credits are not refundable, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be moved to another account.
Payment methods
The card used for a subscription payment is saved for future bills. It cannot be removed while you owe credits. Removing it ends your subscription at the end of the current period.
Cancellation and failed payments
Cancelling keeps access to period end. Credits already added stay until they expire. A failed subscription payment pauses spending past your balance until it is paid. A subscription cannot be cancelled while credits are owed.
